1. It All Starts With You

Our journey begins with a home visit from one of our experienced team members. We’ll take accurate measurements and chat through your ideas, offering personalised recommendations to suit your space, style and budget. You’ll be able to choose from a wide variety of colours, styles, furniture options, profiles, and glass types.


2. See It for Yourself

If you’re keen to explore the options in person, you’re always welcome to visit our Helston showroom. It’s the perfect place to see the quality of our products up close and get inspired by the possibilities.





3. Designed Around You

Once you’ve decided on the right products for your home, we’ll provide you with a detailed, competitive quotation. Need to make adjustments? No problem — we’ll work with you until it’s just right. We can even create a concept visualisation so you can see exactly how your new windows or doors will look on your property before moving forward.


4. From Quote to Order

Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll arrange for our surveyor to visit and take final measurements. You’ll receive your contract to check and sign, and we’ll take a 20% deposit. Then it’s time to place your order — all with trusted UK-based suppliers.




5. Installation Day

When your products arrive, we’ll be in touch to schedule the installation. We’ll confirm which of our professional installers will be attending and give you a rough arrival time. On the day, we’ll walk you through the process, answer any questions and complete the work with minimal disruption.


Once everything’s installed, we’ll clean up thoroughly and leave your home looking spotless — and to help you care for your new additions, we’ll provide a handy cleaning and maintenance kit.


6. Aftercare That Lasts

Following installation, we’ll invoice for the remaining balance, and once paid, we’ll issue your product guarantee and a full care and maintenance guide. As a FENSA-registered company, we’ll also register your installation and send your FENSA certificate by post.


But our service doesn’t stop there — our dedicated Service Work team is on hand for annual servicing and repairs to keep everything in tip-top shape.
