For over half a century, Collington & Company has been an integral part of Helston's community, providing high-quality windows, doors, and conservatories since its establishment in 1969 . As a family-run business deeply rooted in the town, Collingtons takes immense pride in participating in Helston's most cherished tradition: Flora Day!



Embracing a Timeless Tradition

Flora Day, held annually on May 8th (or the preceding Saturday if it falls on a Sunday or Monday), is a vibrant celebration marking the arrival of spring and the end of winter . The town comes alive with greenery, floral decorations, and the rhythmic tunes of the Helston Town Band as dancers weave through the streets in the traditional Furry Dance.

Collington & Company actively participates in the festivities, adorning their premises with seasonal blooms and greenery to reflect the town's collective spirit of renewal. Their showroom and offices become part of the picturesque backdrop that defines Flora Day, welcoming both locals and visitors alike.
